Dan S. Morris, Jr.
Dan Jr. is our Vice President and brother of our Hero, Brett J Morris. Dan has served in his community all of his life. Being a part of this foundation is just another way to give back to those in need. With his influence as an Assistant Principal, he has an avenue to reach our youth who may be in need.
My Story
Dan S. Morris, Jr is the older brother of Brett J. Morris. Dan is a graduate of Louisiana College with a BA in Social Studies Education and a graduate of the University of Louisiana with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership. Dan spent 27 years in the classroom teaching US History, World History and American Government. Dan is currently the Assistant Principal of Tioga High School in Ball, LA. Dan is a resident of Pineville, LA. He is married to Julie and together they have two daughters.
Brett and I were raised in a Christian home and it was instilled in us to have a love of God, Country, and Family. Brett had an energetic spirit and a servant's heart. He wanted to use his talents to serve his country in the US Army. Brett wanted to be all he could be in the Army which led him to join the Nightstalkers. Brett was proud of his service and honored to serve with his brothers in arms. Our men and women who wear the uniform carry the weight of defending our nation's freedom. Sometimes, that weight can become too much to bear. It is my hope and prayer that this foundation will help in providing support and resources to our veterans and their families and that they know they are not alone.
